We welcomed May with baby bluebirds hatching in our birdhouse!
and lots of good ol' fashioned down and dirty fun.
We loved on Mama't.
Bes had her Farewell to 4's program and this mama couldn't be more proud of her biggest baby. She learned so many precious songs, Bible verses (including John 3:16 and the Lord's Prayer) and can say the Books of the Bible... that's in addition to learning all her letters and sounds and the usual school stuff!

Kindergarten, here we come!!
We left straight from her last day of school to go to beach with my precious college friend, Kacey and her son, Cayson.
Then home in time for Mother's day.
So proud of the two that call me mommy.
With our summer starting early, we are enjoying our days. Want to wear Sissy's "swimsoup" all day...
or be princesses for the day? Why not?
Run around in the yard half naked? Why not?
Sit on the coffee table and talk and "read" and talk and "read"?
Why not?
Want to go to Aunt Molly's and swim with the cousins?
Why not?
Fun memories are being made.
And I wouldn't trade it for anything in this world.
Ducky, Aunt Kristie and Landon came to visit Memorial Day weekend!

We ended the month with a trip to Shark Tooth Creek in
Aliceville, AL with the Mullins! Bes preferred the hands and knees approach.
